Heavenly Hash Cake

Ingredients~
8 oz. butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs - slightly beaten
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 1/2 cups self raising flour
1 cup pecans - chopped
1 packet mini-marshmallows

Method~
Mix all ingredients, except marshmallows, well. Pour into a greased and floured cake tin. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a 180*C (350*F) oven. When baked and while still hot, cover with the Marshmallows. Place in the oven until they melt some.


Icing:

4 tablespoons cocoa
4 tablespoons evaporated milk
4 ozs. butter
16 ozs. icing sugar

Mix well and pour over the warm cake.
