Incredible Chocolate Cake
2 cups sugar
1 cup cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup oil
1 cup boiling water
Put all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients, except boiling water. Beat well. Add boiling water and mix well. Batter will be loose. Pour into greased and floured 13x9 pan.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Dust with conf. sugar or your favorite butter frosting.
