Lemon Poundcake Dessert
1 frozen pound cake
1 jar lemon pie filling
1 large box lemon jello pudding mix (instant)
2 C milk
1 16 oz tub cool whip
Grated rind of 1 lemon
Slice semi-frozen cake in thirds lengthwise.
Spread each layer with lemon pudding.
Stack layers on serving dish.
Mix pudding and milk; add cool whip, and frost cake with cool whip mixture.
Sprinkle with grated rind.
