MmMmMm-Good Chocolate Cake
l/2 C real butter, softened
l-l/3 C sugar
2 eggs
2 C flour
l/2 C Cocoa
l tbsp baking powder
l tsp baking soda
l/4 C water
l can tomato soup
l C chopped walnuts or pecans
Preheat oven to 350. Grease & flour a 9xl3 pan or bundt pan. Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat until fluffy. Whisk together dry ingredients. Mix tomato soup and water. Add dry ingredients and soup mixture alternaately to creamed mixture. Fold in nuts. Pour intopan and bake 30 to 40 min.
Cream Cheese Glaze
2 tbsp butter, softened
3 oz cream cheese, softened
2 C powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
Mix until smooth and spread on cake when just slightly warm.
