ORANGE JUICE CAKE
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c oil
1 c orange juice
1 c chopped pecans
Preheat to 350. Mix together cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil and juice. Grase and flour bundt pan. Pour chopped pecans in the bottom of pan. Top with cake batter. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until done (test with toothpick).Cover with glaze IMMEDIATELY.
Orange juice glaze:
1 c sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c orange juice
Heat sugar, butter and juice to a boil. Let boil 2 minutes. Pour over cake AS SOON AS cake is removed from oven. Let stand 30 minutes before removing from pan
