"Philly" Chocolate Tunnel Cake

1 (two laye size) chocolate cake mix with pudding
1/3 cup Squeeze Parkay margarine (or any margarine of your choice)
2 (8-oz.) Pkgs. Cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. Margarine
2 ozs. Bakers Semi Sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. Corn syrup


Preheat oven to 350.

Prepare cake mix according to package directions substituting margarine (1/3 cup) for oil. Reserve 1 cup batter. Pour remaining batter into 12-cup bundt or tube pan.

Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Blend in eggs, one at a time. Pour over batter in pan. Spoon reserved batter over cream cheese mixture. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick come out clean.

Cool for 30 minutes; remove to wire rack.

Combine margarine, chocolate and corn syrup in small sauce pan. Cook over low heat until chocolate is melted. Pour over cooled cake.
