PIG CAKE
This cake got its name because people have been known to make a pig of themselves when eating it!

1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 stick oleo or butter
1 (11 oz) can Mandarin oranges, drained and 1/2 cup juice reserved
1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease and flour a 9x13” pan.
Combine cake mix, eggs, butter, 1/2 cup juice and vanilla.
Beat 4 minutes.
Then add oranges and beat until pieces are small.
Pour pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Add topping.
Topping For Pig Cake:
1 (4-serving size) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 lb. 4 oz. can pineapple, drained and juice reserved
1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 oz. whipped topping
Blend pudding mix and pineapple juice.
Add sugar and mix.
Stir in whipped topping and then add drained pineapple.
Spread on cake and refrigerate.
