PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE
FILLING:
8 tablespoons Brown Sugar
5 tablespoons Pineapple juice
1 Cup Nuts
1 Small bottle cherries
Butter 1 ball about size of an egg
1 Small can of pineapple
Put sugar, juice, and butter in frying pan and cook until it forms a thick syrup, set aside to cool. When cool place
the pineapple cherries and nuts in the syrup.
Use white cake mix. When cake mix is ready, pour over syrup mix (in frying pan ). Bake in frying pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
