PINK LADY CAKE
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. strawberry jello - 3 oz. size
1/2 c. water and juice - 2 Tbsp. from icing recipe
3 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. oil
4 large eggs - room temperature
1/2 pkg. frozen strawberries - 5 doz.
1 tsp. vanilla
Icing:
1 box confectioners sugar
1 stick margarine, softened
1/2 pkg. thawed strawberries
Cake:
Mix cake mix, jello and flour. Stir.
Add water, juice and oil. Stir.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Add vanilla; mix well at low speed.
Add thawed berries and blend evenly.
Bake at 350*F until done, approximately 25 minutes. Do not ice cake until it has completely cooled.
