Pistachio-Almond Pudding Cake

4 eggs
1-1/4 cups water
1/4 teaspoon oil
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
7 drops green food coloring
1 package white cake mix (2 layer size)
1 package Jello pistachio flavor instant pudding and pie filling (4 serving size)
Preheat oven to 350 °F. Grease and flour a 9- by 13- by 2-inch pan. Blend all ingredients in large bowl. Use
electric mixer at medium speed to beat for 4 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake for 35 minutes. Cool. Spread with white
icing to which has been added a few drops of green food coloring.
