Pistachio Pudding Cake

1 pkg white cake mix
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding
1 cup club soda
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs

Blend eggs, oil and club soda. Add cake mix and pudding. Beat until creamy. Add chopped nuts. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan 45 to 50 minutes.

Topping

1 pt heavy cream
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding
3/4 cup milk
2 tsp sugar

Mix all together and beat until creamy.


Pistachio Cake

1 white cake mix
2 pkgs. pistachio pudding mix
1 envelope pkg. Dream Whip mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
5 eggs

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Pour into greased tube pan and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Test for doneness with a toothpick. Let cool before frosting.

Frosting (or use any pre-made frosting of your choice)

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
1/2 box powdered sugar (or to taste)
2-3 drops of green food colouring (optional)

Beat above ingredients until smooth.

1 box white cake mix
1 box pistachio pudding
3 sm. eggs
1 c. Crisco oil
1 c. club soda
1/2 c. walnuts

Icing:

1 pkg. pistachio pudding
1 c. milk
1 lg. ctn. Cool Whip

Mix all ingredients except for walnuts for 3 minutes, then add walnuts. Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350'F for 40 to 50 minutes. Icing: Mix all ingredients and ice cake.


Pistachio-Almond Pudding Cake

4 eggs
1 1/4 c. water
1/4 t. oil
1/2 tsp. almond extract
7 drops green food coloring
1 (2 layer-size) pkg. white cake mix
1 (4 servinq-size) pkg. Jello pistachio flavor instant pudding and pie
filling

Blend all ingredients in large mixer bowl; beat 4 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer. Pour into greased and floured 9x13x2-inch pan. Bake at 350'F for 35 minutes. Cool. Spread with white icing to which has been added a few drops of green food coloring.

Pistachio Coconut Cake


1 package (14 1/2 ounces) white cake mix without pudding
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 cup lemon-lime or club soda
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant pistachio pudding mix
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup flaked coconut
Icing:
2 envelopes whipped topping mix
1 1/2 cups milk
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant pistachio pudding mix
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup coconut

In a mixing bowl, combine the first five ingredients and mix well. Stir in pecans and coconut. Pour into a greased and floured 13x9x2-in. baking pan.

Bake at 350'F for 45 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool.

Combine the first three icing ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat until thickened, about 4 minutes. Spread over cake. Sprinkle with pecans and coconut. Yield: 12-15 servings.

then add walnuts. Pour into pan. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Remove from oven and completely cool.

Icing:

1 package pistachio pudding
1 cup milk
1 large carton Cool Whip

Combine all ingredients. Cover cake.
