Pistashio Pudding Cake
1 cup flour
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Mix and press into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350. Cool.
1 cup powdered sugar
1 8oz cream cheese (I use light)
1 large carton Cool Whip (I also use light)
Beat together cr. cheese and powd. sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Mix two packages instant pistashio pudding with 3 cups of milk (skim). Spread over cr. cheese mixture and chill. Serve chilled as is, or with additional Cool Whip layer on the top.
