Purple Plum Cake
2 C sugar
3 eggs
2 C self-rising flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1tsp allspice
1 C vegetable oil
1 jar Junior plums with tapioca
1 C chopped nuts(optional)
powdered sugar
Combine all ingredients and mix at medium speed. Do not overbeat. Pour batter into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cool on a rack. Invert onto cake plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
