Popcorn Cake:
1 cup margarine
1 (16 ounce )bag marshmallows
5 quarts popped corn
1 ( 16 ounce )bag small gundrops
1/2 pound roasted peanuts
Grease 10-inch tube pan
In large Dutch oven combine margarine and marshmallows; stir until melted.
Add popped corn, gumdrops, and peanuts; mix well.
Press into prepared pan.
Chill until firm.
Invert cake onto serving dish.
Garnish top with additional gumdrops, if desired.
Serves 12-16
Varitions: substitute jelly beans or candy corn for gumdrops.
It would be cute with red and green gumdrops for kids Christmas party
