Pumpkin Spice Cake
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 cups pumpkin pie filling
1 cup oil
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350° F and grease and flour two 9” cake pans.
Mix together dry ingredients.
Add eggs, pumpkin and oil.
Blend in nuts.
Pour batter into prepared pans and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Frosting:
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
4 cups powdered sugar
1-2 tablespoons milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Mix in mixer and frost when cake is cool.
