RAVE REVIEW CAKE

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1-1/3 c. water
1/4 c. oil
4 eggs

Icing:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cake ingredients together until very creamy. Add 1 cup chopped nuts (I use pecans) and 2 cups coconut and
mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes in a greased and floured pan. Makes 2 (9-inch) layers or 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix together icing ingredients and spread on cooled cake.


RAVE REVIEW CAKE

1 pkg. white cake mix (2 layer size)
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1-1/3 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts
4 eggs
1-1/3 c. flaked coconut
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in a large mixer bowl. Blend. Beat at medium speed for 4
minutes. Stir in coconut and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes. Remove from pan; cool on rack. While cake is still warm: mix 1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar, 3 to 4 tablespoons milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Mix well and drizzle on cake. Decorate with coconut and cherries.
