Red Velvet Cake
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup oil
5 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
2 T. cocoa
2 oz. red food coloring
Icing:
8 oz. cream cheese - softened
1/2 stick butter - softened
1/2 box plus 2 T. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine all ingredients except the icing ones. Bake according to package instructions. For the icing, cream
together all the ingredients. Icing cake.
