ST. PATRICK'S DAY CAKE
1 pkg. Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 pkg. (4-serving size) pistachio instant pudding mix
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup 7-Up or other lemon/lime soda
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Stir cake and pistachio pudding mixes together. Add other ingredients in the order listed: oil, eggs, 7-Up and nuts.
Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F. about 55 to 60 minutes. Insert toothpick to test when cake is firm to touch. If pick comes
out clean, cake is done.
