STRAWBERRY CAKE
1 box white cake mix
1 3 oz. box of strawberry Jello
3 tsp. flour
1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed
1 cup oil
1/2 cup water
4 eggs
Whipped cream for frosting or Cool Whip
Grease two 9 inch layer cake pans. Blend together cake mix, Jello and flour.
Add oil, water and eggs (1 egg at a time). Beat well. Add frozen strawberries. Blend.
Bake at 350 deg. for 40 minutes. Frost with whipped cream. Decorate with fresh strawberries
