Texas Sheet Cake by pwhayes

2 sticks (1 cup) butter or margarine
4 tbsp cocoa
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup water
2 cups flour
2 eggs
Icing (recipe below)
Preheat oven to 375. Grease a jelly roll pan.
Bring butter, water and cocoa to a boil; remove from heat and add flour and sugar.
Beat in eggs and sour cream. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 20 to 22 minutes.
Icing
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine
6 tbsp milk
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar
4 tbsp cocoa
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla
Bring butter, cocoa, and milk to a boil; remove from heat and add confectioners' sugar and vanilla.
Spread on cake as soon as it comes out of oven.
