Tropical Dream Bundt Cake

2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups all purpose flour
1 teas. baking powder
1 teas. baking soda
1 teas. salt
1 teas. ground cinnamon
2 cups mashed ripe bananas
1-3/4 cups sifted powdered sugar
2 to 3 tables. orange juice

Preheat oven to 350.

Beat 2 cups sugar and oil at medium speed with electric mixer 2 minutes.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating just until yellow disappears.

Add crushed pineapple and vanilla, beating just until blended.

Combine flour and next 4 ingredients; add to oil mixture alternately with banana.

Mix at low speed just until blended after each addition.

Pour batter into a greased and floured 12-cup Bundt pan.

Bake 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool in pan on rack 10 minutes; remove from pan, and let cool completely on wire rack.

Combine powdered sugar and orange juice; stir well. Drizzle glaze over cake.
