Zucchini Chocolate Cake

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon -- can omit
1/2 cup milk
2 cups zucchini -- shredded
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Mix together. Bake at 325' for 45 minutes in 9 x13 pan, greased and floured.
Frost with:
1 cup sugar
5 tablespoon butter
1/3 cup milk
Bring to a boil for 1 minute; add 1/2 cup chocolate chips. After the chocoalte chips are melted set the pan in a pan of water and beat until firm.
