Zucchini Chocolate Cake
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 & 3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk
2 cups grated zucchini
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cloves
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup chocolate bits
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Cream margarine, cooking oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Stir in zucchini.
Add all dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into a loaf pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate bits on top.
Chopped nuts can also be added if desired.
Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes
