Apple Cider Cheesecake
1 (10 oz.) canned apple pie filling
1 (10 oz.) cream cheese
1 (9 in.) crumb crust
4 tbsp. sour cream
4 pkgs. instant spiced cider beverage mix
4 oz.. light whipped topping, thawed
1 crunchy-type granola bar
Spread pie filling on bottom of pie crust. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and spiced cider mix until fluffy. Beat in thawed whipped topping. Pour over apple pie filling and refrigerate. Crush granola bar and sprinkle on top just before serving. It is best made and let sit over night.
