Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
24 ounces cream cheese, softened
14 ounce can Eagle Brand milk
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup mini-chocolate chips
1 tablespoon flour
In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy, gradually add milk, beating until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well with each addition, add vanilla.
In a small bowl toss 1/2 cup of chips and the flour. Pour into the prepared pan and sprinkle with remaining chips.
Bake in 300 degree oven for one hour, turn oven oven and let cake remain in oven 1 hour. Cool to room temperature, then chill.
