Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Ingredients:

1 1/2 c. finely crushed oreos (18-20 cookies)
1/4 c. sweet butter, melted
1 t. all-purpose flour
1 c. mini semisweet chocolate chips
3 pkgs. (8oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14oz.) sweetened condensed milk
3 large eggs, beaten
2 t. pure vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 300. In a small bowl, combine the crushed cookies and melted butter, stirring to blend well. Press the cookie crumb mixture evenly over the bottom of an ungreased 9 inch springform pan. Set aside.

In a small bowl, mix the flour and 1/2 c. of the chocolate chips. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until Fluffy. Gradually add the milk and beat until smooth. Stir in
the flour mixture and blend well.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 c. chips evenly over the top.

Bake for one hour, or until the top is lightly brown. Cool the cake in the pan.

When the cake is thoroughly cooled, remove the side of the pan and slice the cake. Store leftovers in the fridge. Makes 12 small slices.
