Easy Creamy Cheesecake

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs
1/4 cup ReaLemon juice or fresh squeezed lemon juice
graham cracker crust
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk (sweetened condensed)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream


Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In large bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Beat in Eagle Brand milk, eggs, and salt until smooth. Stir in lemon juice. Pour into graham cracker crust.

Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool to room temperature. Spread on sour cream. Garnish as desired.

Garnish suggestions: cherry pie filling, pineapple, strawberries or peaches.
