Easy Cheesecake

Amount Measure Ingredient, Preparation Method

1 Pound Cream Cheese
3/4 Cup Sugar
3 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1/4 Teaspoon Lemon Extract
Graham Cracker Crust (your favorite recipe)

Topping

1 Pint Sour Cream
2 1/2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Fruit Pie Filling, optional


Place cream cheese and sugar in mixer bowl and blend well.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Stir in vanilla and lemon extracts.

Place graham cracker crust in 8" square pan.

Pour cream cheese mixture into prepared pan.

Turn oven on to 375 and place pan in cold oven.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until set.

Remove pan from oven.

Turn heat up to 475.

Prepare topping:

Mix topping ingredients together and pour over cake.

Bake cake for 5 minutes.

Cool and refrigerate
