2 C finely crushed creme-filled chocolate cookies
3 tbsp margarin or butter
3 8oz pkgs. creme cheese, softened
1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 (1oz) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
Preheat oven to 300*. Combine crumbs and butter; press firmly into springform pan. In large mixer bowl, beat
cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle brand milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Pour half the batter evenly over prepared crust. Stir melted chocolate into remaining batter;smooth over vanilla batter. With table knife or metal spatula, gently swirl through batter to marble. Bake 45-50 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill. Store covered in refrigerator.
