Marbled Cheesecake Deluxe
Chocolate Crumb Crust:
Combine 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs (about 45)
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, 1/3 c Hershey's Coco and 1/3 cup melted butter or mararine. Mix and press firmly on the bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan.
Cheesecake:
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
1/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa
4 (8oz) pkgs. cream cheese softened
1 (14oz) can of Eagle Brand Sweetend Condensed Milk
4 eggs
1 TBSP. vanilla
1/3 cup unsifted flour
Preheat oven to 300. Prepare Crust.
Stir together margarine and coca until smooth. In large bowl, beat cheese unitl fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened
milk until smooth.
Beat in eggs, vanilla and then flour. Measure 1 1/2 cups batter in bowl and add cocoa mixture.
Spoon half the vanilla batter into prepared pan then half the chocolate batter. Repeat ending with chocolate batter.
With metal spatula, cut through batters to marble. Bake 50-60 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill.
