Cream Cheese Cake No Bake
1 pt. Heavy cream
2 pkgs cream cheese (8 oz)
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
4 tsp. vanilla
Juice of 1 lemon
2 pkgs ladyfingers
Whip cream, set aside.
Beat cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon.
Fold in cream.
Stand up lady fingers inside rim of 10" spring form pan, line bottom of pan with fingers.
Pour cream mixture in pan and let set in refrigerator for 3 hours.
Remove sides of springform pan to serve.
Hint: For a festive touch, tie a gold ribbon around outside of lady fingers.
