Peanut Cheese Cake
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts
1 12 ounce package cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1 - 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 - 4 ½ ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed.
In small saucepan melt butter, stir in crumbs and peanuts.
Reserve 2 tablespoons crumb/peanut mixture for garnish.
Press on bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Chill while preparing filling.
In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter til fluffy; add sweetened condensed milk and beat til smooth.
Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping.
Turn into prepared pan and garnish with reserved crumbs and nuts. Chill 3 to 4 hours
