Sinless Marble Cheesecake square

2 T graham cracker crumbs
2/3 c sugar
2 T cornstarch
1 egg
1 egg white
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 pkgs Nefchatel Cheese at room temp
1/4 c nonfat sour cream
2 T unsweetened cocoa powder
chocolate curls... optional
Preheat oven to 325 Line 8" square baking pan with foil. Coat with nonstick spray....sprinkle with crumbs.
Combine sugar with corstarch. In bowl combine egg, egg white and vanilla. In another bowl with mixer at medium speend beat cheese until smooth. Beat in sour cream. Reduce speed to low. Beat in sugar mixture, 1 TBSP at a time, until smooth. Beat in egg mixture until combined.
Remove l cup batter and set aside. Pour remaining batter into pan. Stir in cocoa powder into cup of reserved batter and swirl into plain batter in pan.
Bake for 40 minutes or until center of cheesecake is set. Cool on wire rack 30 minutes.
Cool completely in fridge before cutting and serving. Overnight is better.
Garnish with chocolate swirls... you can use a veg. peeler with block chocolate.
