Triple Chocolate & Vanilla Cheesecake

1 1/2 C finely crushed creme-filled chocolate sandwitch cookies (about 18 cookies(why didin't they just say
Oreos!!!??))
3 T marg or butter, melted
4 - 8oz cream cheese, softened
1 - 14 oz Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
4 eggs
1/3 C unsifted flour
1 T vanilla extract
2 - 1oz squares semisweet chocolate, melted
Chocolate Glaze

Preheat oven to 350. Combine crumbs & marg; press firmly on bottom of 9" springform pan. In large mixer bowl,
beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

Add eggs, flour & vanilla; mix well. Divide batter in half. Add chocolate to one half of batter; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Top evenly with vanilla batter.(the directions don't say, but I assume you could swirl at this point).

Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched. Cool.Remove side of pan. Top with Chocolate Glaze. Chill. Refrigerate leftovers.

Chocolate Glaze: In small saucepan, over low heat, melt 2 - 1oz squares semisweet chocolate with 1/4 C whipping cream. Cook & stir until thickened & smooth. Remove from heat; spread over cheesecake.
