Coffee Cake Bisquick Cherry Swirl

Bisquick Cherry Swirl Coffee Cake
4 cups Bisquick Mix
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon almond extract
3 eggs
1 can cherry (apricot or blueberry work well, too) pie filling
Glaze
Heat oven to 350.
Grease 15x10x1" pan.

Mix all ingredients EXCEPT pie filling and glaze. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Spread 2/3 of the battter (about 2 1/2 cups) in pan.

Spread pie filling over batter (may not completely cover). Drop remaining batter by tablespoon fulls onto pie filling. Bake until light brown 20-25 minutes. Drizzle glaze over while still warm.

Glaze:

Beat 1 cup powdered sugar and 1-2 tablespoons milk until smooth and desired consistency.
