EASY FIG COFFEE CAKE
2 c. biscuit mix
2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1 pt. fig preserves
1/4 to 1/2 c. pecans
Mix biscuit mix, sugar, egg and milk. Pour into a greased baking dish. Pour fig preserves evenly across top of
mixture. Sprinkle pecans across the top. Bake in 375 degrees oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
