Jewish Coffee Cake


1 yellow cake mix
1 large instant butterscotch pudding mix or 2 small
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup oil
5 eggs
1 cup water

Beat the above ingredients for 10 minutes with electric mixer. Meanwhile make the struesel topping:

1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
8 tsp. cinnamon

Pour half of the cake batter into a well greased angel food or bundt cake pan. Pour in half of the struesel mix and
swirl around into batter. Pour remaining cake batter into pan and then top with remaining struesel mix.

Bake in 325 degree oven for 65 to 85 min. or until knife comes out clean.
