Raspberry Swirl Coffee Cake

1/4 C Butter,softened
1/3 c sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 c flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoons salt
1/3 c milk
1/2 c raspberry preserves
2 Tab butter
2 Tab sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 c flour

Cream 1/4 c butter and 1/3 c sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Add the 1 c flour, baking
powder,salt and milk; mix well.

Pour into a greased 8-inch round baking pan and dot with the preserves.

Cut though the preserves with a butter knive to form swirls.

Mix 2 Tab butter, 2 Tab sugar, cinnamon and 1/4 c flour
in a bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle over the batter.

Bake at 375 for 25-35 minutes.
