Apple Spice Coffee Cake:
1 spice cake mix
1 can apple pie filling
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts (I used walnuts)
topping:
4TBSP. margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Mix first 6 ingredients together, spread into 9x13 inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Mix topping ingredients together with a pastry blender sprinkle over cake mixture. Bake @ 350º for 40-45 minutes or till tester comes out clean.
