Blueberry Streusel Coffee Cake

Streusel:
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 t cinnamon

Cake:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 cup Land O Lakes No-Fat Sour Cream (or whatever kind you have)
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (unthawed)


Heat oven 350.

In med. bowl stir together all streusel ingredients; set aside.

In large mixer bowl combine 1 cup sugar and margarine. Beat at med. speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy (1-2 min).Add sour cream, eggs and vanilla. Continue beating until well mixed. Reduce speed to low. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Continue beating, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (1-2 min).

Spread 1/2 batter into greased 9 in sq pan. Sprinkle blueberries over batter. Sprinkle 1/2 streusel over blueberries. Spoon remaining batter over streusel; spread carefully. Sprinkle remaining streusel
mixture. Bake 55-65 min. or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. 12 servings
