Heath Bar Coffee Cake
1/2 c butter
2 c flour
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
1 c buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1 Tbsp vanilla
6 Heath bars, crushed
Blend oleo, flour, brown sugar and white sugar all together. Save 1/2 cup mix for topping. Add buttermilk, baking soda, egg and vanilla; mix. Spread in gresed 9 x 13 pan.
Topping:
Mix crushed Heath bars and the saved 1/2 cup of dry mix. Sprinkle over cake and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
