Quick Cream Cheese Biscuit Coffee Cake

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon all purpose flour
1 egg
1 (10-count) can Hungry Jack Buttermilk Biscuits
1 Tablespoon sugar, (for topping)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, (for topping)

Mix together the cream cheese, flour, sugar, and the egg until the mixture is smooth. Put the biscuits into a 9-inch round cake pan. Press the biscuits over the bottom and the sides of the cake pan to form the crust. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit crust. Mix together the one Tablespoon sugar and the cinnamon and sprinkle the mixture over the top. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F. oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until the cream cheese filling is set and the biscuit crust is golden brown. Can be served warm or cold. Refrigerate any leftovers. They are better the next day!

Cooking Variations: You can add in 1/2 cup to 1 cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts and sprinkle them over the top before baking. You can also add 3/4 teaspoon of vanilla to the cream cheese mixture.
