Toll House Crumbcake
Topping: 2 T flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
4 Tbl. softened butter
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Cake: 2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
rest of bag of mini chocolate chips
Topping: Mix first 3 ingredients. Add chips - set aside
Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
Mix sugar, butter and vanilla, beat until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Gradually add flour mixture alternating with sour cream. Fold in chips.
Put in a greased 13x9" pan. Bake 45-50 minutes. Add topping half way through
