Travel Cupcakes

4 (1 oz) squares of semi-sweet choc.
2 sticks margarine
1/2 to 1 cup of chopped pecans
1 3/4 c sugar
1 c plain flour, unsifted
4 eggs beaten
1 t vanilla


Melt chocolate and margarine, add nuts. In another bowl combine sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla using a spoon. Add Chocolate mixture and stir together with a spoon. Pour into cupcake paper lined tins. Bake 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
