BLUEBERRY CRUNCH (like a Dump Cake - from a mix)
20 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple, undrained
1 pkg. Yellow cake mix (have used whatever's on hand,
even chocolate!, it's a matter of what you enjoy)
3 cups Fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Butter or margarine, melted
1 cup Pecans, chopped
Method:
1. Spread pineapple in a lightly buttered 13x9" baking
dish.
2. Sprinkle with cake mix, then blueberries, then
sugar.
3. Drizzle with butter & top with pecans.
4. Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
