Dump Cake Pumpkin

from the Mennonite Church Cookbook in Paso Robles, CA

6 eggs
1 #2 1/2 can pumpkin
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger
1 can or 1 3/4 cup canned milk
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 cube butter, softened
1 cup walnuts

Mix first 8 ingredients in order given.Pour into 9x13-inch pan. Sprinkle cake mix, crumbled with butter,over pumpkin. Sprinkle walnuts over mixture. Bake at 350 degree for 1 1/4 hours, or until knife comes out clean.
