Funnel Cakes
1 1/3 cups flour
2 Tbl. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
Combine dry ingredients.
Beat egg with milk and add to dry ingredients.
Use a funnel or pour a thin stream of batter from a measuring cup and fry in 1 qt. of oil at 375 until golden.
