Frosting Chocolate Icing by Jeannie

CHOCOLATE ICING

1-1/2 cups sugar
4-1/2 tables. cornstarch
3 squares of unsweetened chocolate
1-1/2 cups water
2 tables. butter
1 teas. vanilla

Simmer until thick. Makes enough to frost a 9 x 13 cake or 8" layer cake.
