Chocolate Icing for Eclair Dessert
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 1/2 Tablespoons baking cocoa
5 Tablespoons milk
3 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine butter or margarine, cocoa, 5 T. milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil , stirring constantly; remove from heat. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat with electric mixer until thickened.
Pour over the layer of graham crackers.
