Chocolate Icing for Texas Cake

Bring to a boil 1 stick butter, 6 T milk, 2 T cocoa. Add all at once to l lb powdered sugar. Add l t vanilla and l cup chopped nuts. Beat well. Spread on cake as soon as i t comes out of the oven.

Nuts are optional.

You probably already know this but it is easier if you mix cocoa and milk (a little at a time) and then the butter. This hint is from first hand experience from a very flaky cook - me.
